Kinder Surprise

Today I learned that Kinder surprise chocolate is German and that “Kinder” means “children”. Laugh it up, but no, I did not know this! Hence, Kindergarten meaning “garden of children”. Wow, right?!

Deliciousness all around
I also learned that kinder chocolate goes deliciously well with German wine. This wonderful lesson is brought to you by my new two friends from Germany (surprise!) who stopped into France on their way to Spain. They are also couchsurfers, staying with friends of my host-family. Judith and I spent a very fun (and english) night with them chatting about travelling, wine, couchsurfing, traditions and languages. I love meeting new people!
